My go-to nib

I love Brause Blue Pumpkin and this is very similar in look and feel. Great beginner nib and so easy to use, I almost always reach for this one when testing inks and for quick calligraphy sessions. Can’t go wrong here!

Great nib for beginners and veterans allike. One of my personal favourites. Does need to be frequently re-dipped though.

I love this nib. Very friendly even for beginners. Love the hairlines. Its very well built and the color it durable. It's similar to the Brause one, wihich is also a great nib.

I can definitely see why this is a standard nib amongst beginners and veterans, it's a really nice versatile nib.

Used it when being a beginner and it was quite good... I think it works better when using not watery inks, like goauche
Great value for that price

It's probably one of the cheapest nibs you could find on the market! Almost 1/3 of the price for the Brause Steno Blue Pumpkin and just as good! To be honest, the blueish coating on this Leonard Blue Pumpkin is better than the more expensive Brause brand. It lasts longer. This nib is a little bit more flexible than the Brause and both holding similar amount of ink. Both the blue pumpkins are great for bigger lettering than smaller. And ink will go away very quickly and you have to dip more often.
